Cauca Viejo

A place with a charm of its own.

What is Cauca Viejo?

It is a private town explored like a living museum, experienced like a shared secret, and enjoyed with the respect that authenticity inspires.

Founded in 1998, its aesthetics and architecture are inspired by the colonization of Southwest Antioquia, which took place between 1880 and 1930.

Cauca Viejo is part of the municipality of Jericó, Antioquia, 25 km from the municipal center. Located on the banks of the Cauca River, here you will find a cobblestone square with a stone fountain, benches, and a chapel inspired by the Basilica of Salamina. Colorful balcony houses, cobblestone streets, fondas, ecological trails, streams, viewpoints over the Cauca River, and much more.
