Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 1:00 p.m. However, you can arrive earlier and use our facilities while your room is getting ready.

What does the hotel rate include?

Includes breakfast, access to common areas, and entry to the tourist town of Cauca Viejo.

Can I stay with my pet at the hotel?

Yes, but only at the Sacatín location, which is the only pet-friendly one. One pet of up to 15 kg is allowed per room, with an additional charge of COP 150,000 + VAT per night.

We are located in Jericó, Antioquia. You can get here via the Bolombolo – La Pintada road or Santa Bárbara. We recommend checking mobility reports, especially during rainy seasons.
